1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Tiffany Cheung LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website located at TiffanyCheung.co (the “Site”) and all coaching programs, courses, memberships, digital products, and related services we offer (collectively, the “Services”).
 By purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use our Services.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase or participate in our Services.


You represent that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms and to comply with them.



3. Coaching Disclaimer
Our Services are educational and informational in nature. We do not guarantee specific results, business outcomes, or earnings. Your success depends on many factors beyond our control, including your own effort, commitment, and market conditions.

4. Payments & No Refund Policy
All payments are due in full upon purchase unless otherwise stated in a signed payment plan agreement.


All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the program, inability to participate, or changes in personal circumstances. ALl items and programs purchased are non-refundable and returns will not be accepted.


If you are on a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all payments regardless of your participation level. If you were not able to pay in full for a program and require a payment plan, you are still responsible for the full purchase price of the program you agreed to originally. If you are purchasing Magicmind Mastermind (12-month commitment) or The Chamber (6-month commitment) on a payment plan, and you choose to terminate your agreement before your agreement has been completed, you will be responsible for the remaining payments.


If payments are late or you fail to make a payment, we reserve the right to remove you from all programs and from Magicmind Mastermind where applicable, until payments are again current unless such payment default is remedied within seven (7) days from receiving a notice to that effect.

5. Termination of Programs and Services
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or terminate any Service, program, or feature at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.


We may suspend or permanently terminate your access to any Service without a refund if you violate these Terms, engage in conduct harmful to the community, disrupt the learning environment, or behave in a way that is abusive, harassing, or unsafe.



6. Intellectual Property
All program materials, including but not limited to videos, PDFs, workbooks, templates, and course content, are the intellectual property of Tiffany Cheung LLC and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.


You may not reproduce, share, or distribute any materials without our written permission.


You agree that all work created by Tiffany Cheung LLC solely shall be the sole property of Tiffany Cheung LLC. The content in all Tiffany Cheung LLC programs and services is for the sole purpose of your education within a professional or business environment.



7. Confidentiality
 We respect your privacy and require that you respect the privacy of other participants. You agree not to share, record, or distribute other participants’ personal information or coaching session content without consent.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Our Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.


To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.



9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
 These Terms are governed by the laws of California, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of [Location], unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Privacy
 Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy (https://tiffanycheung.co/privacy-policy), which explains how we collect, use, and store your personal information.
